Dude Perfect, the world-famous YouTube creators, partnered with Clear ProAV to bring their vision for HQ3 — a next-generation headquarters in Frisco, Texas — to life. Designed as a content-driven campus, the facility includes offices, editing suites, gyms, a fitness center, a golf simulator, multiple sport courts, several conference rooms, and a private owners lounge. The goal was to integrate a robust, broadcast-quality AVL and IT infrastructure that could support everything from high-volume video production to real-time collaboration and entertainment.

To meet these demands, Clear ProAV developed a unified ecosystem that delivers immersive audio, seamless video routing, scalable network infrastructure, and intuitive system control across the campus. L-Acoustics loudspeakers and subwoofers were installed throughout the facility, delivering powerful and consistent sound in every space — from the gym to private offices. A 10Gb ZeeVee AV-over-IP system enables flexible video distribution, allowing content to be reviewed and routed instantly to any display on-site. This feature is huge for their editing team as they have the flexibility to route potential video edits anywhere in the building for the team to review, without having to go through the render process for a sample viewing. It also allows the team to have a live multiview window of what other team members are doing for increased collaboration and flexability.

Behind the scenes, a high-speed fiber network ranging from 10 to 100Gb creates the backbone that empowers their edit bays and creative hubs, including multiple on-prem storage solutions from Facilis, JellyFish and Synology, creating a collaborative environment optimized for fast-paced video editing and media management. All distributed audio sources are running over Dante, with over 220 channels in use throughout the facility. For live events and team meetings, wireless microphones from Shure, networked through Dante, provide reliable, studio-grade audio reinforcement through multiple L-Acoustics PA systems, while touchscreens from Extron give users easy access to manage AV routing with minimal training. The backbone of the system is reinforced with nearly two dozen Netgear AV-line switches, Ruckus WiFi 7 10GB wireless access points, and redundant SonicWall firewalls — ensuring fast, secure, and always-on connectivity for their growing team, both on campus and remote.

The result is a fully integrated content-creation campus that mirrors the energy and ambition of the Dude Perfect brand. With future-ready infrastructure, flexible AV solutions, and rock-solid performance, HQ3 is more than just a workplace — it's a creative engine built to scale with one of the internet’s most dynamic entertainment teams.
